Hi, a friend of mine, got this message, someone know what this mean?

NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Preliminary review of your application indicates that you have not sent the required medical axamination forms. To help ensure timely processing of your application please provide the following:
1- send a completed medical examination form ( Form I-693 ) .......
2- send a supplemental Form I-693, Adjustmen os status Applicat's Documentation of Inmunization.......

I hope you are not joking--this message couldnt be clearer. Your friend needs to get a medical exam by a USCIS approved doctor, and send the reports in. If (s)he already sent the report, it got lost (in mail or at USCIS) or expired. Perhaps the doctor can generate a duplicate report and send it; otherwise a new exam will be needed.
