my i485 case was mistakenly sent to NYC local by stupid lawyer, and forwarded to NVC by another mistake. since I\'ve just found about all of the truth, i had to ask the lawyer to write a letter to NVC to forward my case to VSC. My question is if the RD/ND will be regenerated by VSC and treated as new case???
what\'ll be the RD/ND when case tranfrered to VSC from NVC?
