What kind of Information i have to submit for online Registration

Can any one please tell me what kind of Information they will ask me for Online Registration? So i can get automatic E-mail Notification about my Case(If any update there). I am a Asylee.
I-485 ND ---- 01/2001
FT ----08/2004
i didn't get any other mail or update from (former INS).
