My I-485 has been submitted for more than eight months. The company I am working for is going to take another two actions to lay off employees. I have a friend who opened a started-up company with a few guys in similiar field with mine. I don't know if his company has the ability to hire me so that there is no hassel from INS. Does anybody knows what kind of company can match the request of INS? For example, Gross sale, Net asset, No. of employees.
