Guys,

I had a LUD on my Approved I-140 Petition. Details below


I - 140/485 applied July '04
I -140 Approved May '05
I -485 - ??? When

Today morning I saw a LUD on I -140. Any idea what it is ? maybe RFE..

Don't worry , lots of people are seeing LUD for their approved 140 .. i also had an LUD on approved 140 on 06/03/2006 . My 140 was approved in september 2003 .

So don't worry , infact i was happy to see that there was a LUD , that means my case is active and they reviewed my files .

I've not got any RFE yet .

FYI :- I'm still with my sponsoring company . No change except my residential address within the same city .
