I replied to RFE more than sixty days ago (concurrent case) , nothing happens. My priority date is March 2003 (which is not current). Do I bother trying to get through 1-800 number or just sit and wait?
 
why not?

Regardless of what the RFE is you are just confirming that they even received it.

Have you checked USCIS on-line status to see if they updated it?
 
Yes

They received the RFE (confirmed by online status change) on Nov 1st and this triggered my second FP, which i have completed on Dec14th and they had review results (confirmed by online status change) on Dec 20th.\

The RFE was for vaccinations
