How lazy one can be?

NSC is not moving at all. This is so frustrating. There is no explanation for this inactivity. They have been associating this slowliness to both the IBIS Check and the Internal Audit.

I cannot understand why these two factors do not affect the other service centers??

NSC... please wake up!!!
