As you know USICS issued a statement, saying that they will be diligent blah blah to send I-797 notices to all timely filed applications, however they define "received date" as the date the documents were stamped.
Who , the heck, can tell me when a document was stamped? My docs were received per fedex 6/28 in the mornning but how can I be sure they were stamped timely?
Is anyone aware of how and when the date stamping occurs? No speculations or assumptions, please.
