What is up with FPs -- ANYONE?

I hear that TSC is now approving cases of Aug'02. Where as many with RD as early as May'02 are awaiting their FPs. I have followed thread on this portal where many people wrote that situation is same with them.

Does anyone know if TSC has started sending out FP notices again?

For the left-outs what are the options to have TSC send them one?
