what is unemployement benefit?

can soemone claim as soon one gets green card

i mean to say someone worked for year before green card arrived. then he looses job and green card arrives. can he claim

with EAD, you can work at minimum wages that will get you more than what you could possibly get as unemployment benefit.

I kive in unemployment. If you have I-485 pending and you have been legal in the last 3 years, then you are eligible.
