What is TSC's fax number?

I am trying to send them a fax to remind them of my FP, but the number I have been given is different from what's on INS webside. The number I have is 214-489-8021, is it correct?
 
I have been trying to fax information to them for a long time but it is always coming as busy so let me know if your fax goes through on the next number. Number I have is the same number you have mentioned in your message.
 
ya, that's the number I tried, so far no response yet, I will keep sending it. But the transmission was sucessuful.
