What is timeframe for receiving Receipt for I-140

Is it true that I-140 receipt for Nebraska is taking 5 weeks now?
Earlier it used to take only two weeks.

Any input on this from the persons who have filed their I-140 during last one to two months is appreciated.

Hi Sanvibha,

My Attorney applied on Aug25th.
ND : Aug26th.

He Recd the Receipt Notice on Sep 2nd.

Its very fast.
