Strange status message while working on RFE. Is it approved ?

Just checked USCIS online status page. It shows:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On July 13, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I received a RFE (issued on 6/25) a few days ago and have not replied it yet. Is this an approval notice or something else?

I received exactly the same message after RFE was issued. In my case it meant nothing (previously I believed this indicates approval), because after lawyer replied RFE, status changed to RFE received.
 
I had the same message

I had the same message on April 2. My lawyer got RFE for me in the middle of April, sent a replay and status changed to RFE received. I did 3 inquires (phone and fax) trying to find out what was sent on April 2. The only response I got was: You case is with an offiser. I will take between 730 and 730 days. My on-line status still says RFE received.
