what is this msg mean..

Hi,
I got an RFE from TSC, Replied, applied for Premium Processing and today when i checked the automated msg, it says,
on Jul 02, by Fax, email or cable the appropriate POE, Consulate has been notified regarding the approval of this case.

Has any one got this type of message?.
