As I told u before I am getting laid off this week. I didn\'t get whats this 90 days rule. My Rd is 9th October \'2001. I am getting laid of on Jan\'18th 2002. According to some guys with previuos experience with my company lay off, they r saying that my employer will revoke H-1 but not Greencard processing. Now I am planning to file my H1 from my frnds company. WHat to do next is this ok are it may give adverse effect on my Gc processing, any help is appreciable. Abhiyanth thanx for u\'r info before
