What Is The Reference Info For Inquiring From Kcc!??

On my original (online) entry to the lottery 2007 inadvertently I did some errors.(year of my birth and my wife's name misspelled)

In June, when I received our congratulations letter and related paper forms I filled them out with the correct info according to our passports.
But whenever I wanted to inquire about my interview date or something they replied this way:
" Thank you for your inquiry.
The information you have provided does not match the case. Please resubmit your request with the correct information for KCC to properly assist you."

I have emailed KCC several times to request them to correct and update my files but no updating happened! at last I called KCC and told the lady my story. She said she'd update my forms ASAP.
A few days later I emailed KCC to inquire about my case status and I saw everything was ok, But a few days ago when I asked them about my interview date (because it's quite close to be current) again I received the message :
" Thank you for your inquiry.
The information you have provided does not match the case. Please resubmit your request with the correct information for KCC to properly assist you."
Now I don't know what I am supposed to do and I beg you to help me and tell me what to do. I'm so anxious and worried, these mistakes might cause delay or denial in my case.
5 days ago I Emailed them again and redescribed every thing to them about the mistakes, my previous emails and my phone call and ask them to tell me what to do but no answer recieved. I also attached copies of our passports and the first page of our ds230 forms.
WHAT IS THE REFERENCE INFO FOR INQUIRING FROM KCC, the online entry or the forms!?
I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing from you soon. :(

Oops!

oops I already recieved the reply but although they've answered my question about the interview date, they mention nothing about my files correctness and updating.
the letter is :
Thank you for your inquiry.

Your forms have been received and are currently processing. If you are scheduled for an interview, you will receive a notification letter via postal mail from KCC. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.

Please refer to the visa bulletin on our website at www.travel.state.gov after the 15th of each month to locate the current numbers being processed.

KCC Enquiry

Dear g8Ideaman,
I think you need to be persistent on this matter because the US embassy here in Nigeria has a zero tolerance for issues relating to information discrepancies. You need to get back to kcc to make clear ur case to them even if it takes calling them several times in a week untill the corrections are done because as soon as ur case number gets current your case would be transferedd to the Consular office in Nigera and in that case ,the KCC will not be in the position to effect any changes anymore.

To write the KCC, use the following format:

1. The title of the mail should be "CASE NUMBER"
After explaining the problem, state the name of the principal Applicant as it was when u applied

2. Your case Number

3.Date of Birth as it was when u applied.
4.Address

Then
State what u want the Date of birth changed to, and the name of ur wife too.

Pls do that as soon as possible.

I wonder how u got to forget ur date of birth.Did someone fill the forms for u.

Good luck

If I were you I would call KCC to verify they updated the incorrect information. Forget trying to e-mail or write them, as you will just get a standard response. Just be clear and to the point. In my experience they are quite helpful on the phone.
