what is the reason to move 485 application to local service center

Few days ago i received email that my application has been to transferred to PHILADELPHIA, PA service center from Texas.
my PD is end of nov 2001 , EB3 India
So what does this mean, any ideas why would they transfer it to local service center,

This means you are going to get a call for an interview. They do this for different reasons. Quality control is one of them.

What do you mean by quality control?
what are some other reasons, any one have any experiences of these kind of interviews, do i have to prepare some thing for it?

transferred to NBC, any interview experience at NBC?

Hi

Today mine and my wife's pending 485 applications got updated online that our case is being moved to NBC and we should wait for further info.

Googling on this , I figured out that this is to schedule an interview for us.

Now I'm wondering what could be the case.

We jointly filed for 485 just a month after our marriage, Aug 2007 filers.

And I recently did my AC 21, there were a series of LUDs on my 485 during this time. I also transferred by H1.

I also applied for my EAD and AP which got approved.

So , my marriage and AC21 are my suspect reasons. but why my wife if AC 21 is the reason? they should have sent me an RFE, isnt that right?

Or may be we were randomly chosen.

I would appreciate if others in the forum will share their experiences, especially from the ones who attended an interview.
