What is the proces to withdrawing I485 app?

Hi,
I had applied I140 and 485 from Company A through labor substitution in June 2005. However, I did not join the company A.

Meanwhile, I joined Company B and again filed I140 and I485 and and working now with Company B and plan to stay until I get my Green card.

Now, I want to withdraw I485 from company A, so that my application for company B does not get affected in anyway. What is the process for withdrawing a I485 application?

Personally, labor substitution is disgusting and should be considered a fraud.

It is also one of the reasons why retrogression has happened and has made many of us have to wait additional years.

Just because you used someone else's LC who may have an earlier priority date is going to get you earlier in the queue for GC. That is total BS to me!

The LCs for all the labor substitution cases should be revoked. They should be required to obtain a new LC with PERM before being able to file I-140 and I485 (wait, they can't file because they will have to deal with retrogression too ! ;) )
