What is the procedure that a employer or Lawyer can talk to a immigration officer. Please advise. My Empoloyer is willing to talk but dont know how? This is regarding both my I-140/485...
 
If your application is more than 30 days older than the corresponding processing date listed on the USCIS website, the you can call the 1-800 number and chose options to speak to the rep.
For I-140, your employer needs to call, for I-485 application - you can call yourself
