Last time when I called NSC customer support to inquire about my case, I told them that its already been 180 days....
Customer support lady adviced me that my lawyer should either send a letter inquiring about my case or my employer should call. If the lawyer or employer calls to customer support number , they might transfer line to the NSC adjusting officer.
So check it out. See if your employer is able to get hold of adjusting officer and if so what reply he gets. and let us know
