what is the priority date for EB3 application ?

I have seen Vermont Processing center processing I-485 application October 2003.

that means priority date is 2003 ? or if not what is prority date for EB3 applications ? or when can I find prority date for EB3 ?

October 2003 is RD of 485. The Priority date is what is on your 140 approved notice or your labour filling date.
 
My question is What is current Priority date for EB3 applications to File I-485, or where can I find prority date which VSC is accpeting applications( I-485 )
