Hi Folks,
I have got my I-485 approved and still waiting on my spouse's to come through.
Just got an update from USCIS to wait for 6 months for any kinda of update of I-485 movement.
I have been with the company for 4 months now can I make the jump will there be any kinda of issue in here processing because I will not be with the same employer ?
Please also let me know what are my options if there is any kinda of RFE or if the I-485 get denied for any reason ?
