if I am not mistaken there is no way to reach individual service centers now...all queries is thro the 1800# that you can get from your online status at the bcis website...
 
In the CSC guidelines, (http://shusterman.com/pdf/csc2003.pdf) Page 6, there are few phone numbers to contact CSC directly. But, they are termed as emergency phone numbers.
Be cautious before using them. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES IF YOU MISUSE THOSE NUMBERS.
