1) What is the name check ?
2) What does FBI check ?
3) Does FBI check all infomation about the parents and etc. ?

This name check is a process they do now by an FBI agency, unfortunately, sometimes it takes long time and can cause a delay in INS processing your application. For me it delayed my citizenship. The name check program has a backlog since 2002-03 and they are trying now to process old cases.
