The situation is: a little bit less then a year ago I have started AOS for my wife and moved to a different state. I have sent an AR11 for both me and my wife, but a few months ago when a first FP notice for my wife arrived I have found that this form doesn't actually change an address on an application itself. So my attorney sent a letter requesting to reschedule FP for my wife to my new place. I have called to BCIS and requested an address change for both me and my wife.
About a month ago my attorney received an second FP notice for me which was scheduled for Aug 19 at my prev location, and about 2 weeks ago they received rescheduled FP notice for my wife at a new location for Aug 17-24.
On Aug 17 me and my wife had FP done at our new location. Despite the fact that mine was scheduled in my prev location, there was no problem to do it here at my new place without rescheduling.
The question is: On Aug 17 I checked my status and have found the following weird message:
"On August 13, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
What it may be supposed to mean? I called to INS and they told that it means that my GC was mailed. However it doesn't make sense
1. The processing is not over yet
2. Usually when they mail something they also add a phrase like "if you haven't received it within 14 days please call BCIS". This one didn't have this phrase.
Guys any ideas what's going on with the case and where is this weird kind of status coming from?
