Do they refer to 'Interview' or 'Oath'?
For example, currently Arlington, VA is processsing cases with receipt notice date of : May 28th 2003. Does it mean that people with receipt notice on or before 5/28/03 can expect INTERVIEW or the date means people with receipt notice on or before 5/28/03 can expect OATH?
PS: In DO like Arlington, people get oath letter about 6 weeks after attending the interview. With respect to DO like Baltimore, my question is not valid since Interview and Oath are on the same day.
