What is the I-485 petition document ?

Is it just the application form signed by me and my lawyer ? or is it more elaborate with other supporting documents prepared by the lawyer ?

I wanted to know since I need to submit my supporting documents for my e-filed EAD/AP and wasn't quite sure what the "I-485 petition" document is .

Any help will be welcome .

never mind , I have found the I-485 petition. Now the only question is if I should send all the documents that show up in this set. It includes old passport copies , I-94's , visa stamp's etc.

Or should I send only those docs that seem relevant from the I-485 petition , like the application form , affidavit of support from the lawyer,etc.
