What is the exact I485 processing date?

Hi

WAC03059-xxxx my 485 was filed on 12/11/2002. I had my I140 approval at that time (so I am NOT concurrent).

I am seeing many cases approved at the same time. But I am wondering those got approved are ONLY filed concurrently?!

What is the process going on now? Seems some of the Jan 2003 cases are also approved. My online status still says that they received my finger print result on Jan 23, 2003

btw, this forum is simply great.

We WILL get our approval. Our seniors are way ahead of us...

seems some of the Jan 2003 cases are also approved. if you see the threads, some Dec 2002 and Jan 2003 cases got approved. In that case, why not you (who is senior to me!!)

We should console ourselves, looking about the status of our seniors!!:(
 
At least the processding date is moving these days so sit tight and the way things are going you will be getting approvals at the same time us 02'rs get it.
