What is the Diffrent between BIO Code 1 and 2?

Can any One tell me What is the Diffrent BIO Code 1 and BIO Code 2?
And why BIO Code 1 taken
Cuz i did my BIO 2 on Aug and now i Recived antother letter for BIO 1 on Jan 2006.
