what is the date logic for LIN# 02-048?

While checking my wife's 485 status, I typed the LIN# wrong. I typed LIN0204851600 and got message "I485, application to adjust to perm.... is approved on 9/23/2002". What does 048 stand for in LIN-02-048-51600. my wife's notice# is very close to this number. Our RD is 11/06/01 and ND is 11/28/01. Could this be some different 485 aos application, not employment based. Just curious.

048 is the 48th computer business day starting from Oct 1. This is different from the regular 5-day week 'cos the INS data entry contractor could work on Saturdays too.

048 in the 2002 Fiscal Year would correspond to a 11/28/2001 ND. The RD would be early Nov (likely 11/5 or 11/6)
