What is the date given by VSC, RD or ND

The processing dates given by VSC is 11/05/01.Is it RD or ND?
My RD is 11/02/01 and ND is 12/05/01. Whan I spoke to my lawyer, she said that they are processing application received on 11/15/01 and ours is 12/05/02.
I am getting confused.Should I speak to IIO ?
Any help will be appeciated.

The processing dates given by VSC is 11/15/01, not 11/15/01.
It's supposed to mean RD. It doesn mean much. the fact that yuor RD is before that doesnt mean that they have overlooked your case or that you will get approved soon. A more accurate picture is the pattern of approvals posted here and in roopnet.
They are approving cases from september, october and november, but very slowly.

If you look up the VSC updates title it reads "We are Processing cases with these receipt >>>notice<<< dates" , leading me to believe it could be the N.D (not the RD)
 
Even if the current processing date has exceeded your RD, BCIS usually states that it would take 6-8 weeks to take up the cases.. so i don't think there is much you can do at this time, other than checking ur status online and AVM.
