I applied I-140 at VSC. EB3 categori (BS+ 1 exp):
1. W-2 (last three yrs)
2. Last 3 pay stab
3. Experiences letter
4. Educational Certificates (I have a relevant US MS degree with foreign BS degree which was evaluated before)
5. Employment offer letter mentioning over 400 employees by General manager (not CFO)
6. LC
I was unsucessfull to attach a letter from CFO, insted General manager signed the employment letter where he mentioned about the gross income and number of employees. No tax return of company, no federal pay roll statment.
Do you guys think, I will get a RFE for that? Or luckily I might get the approval. Anybody has the similar situation and got approval, let me know.
