What is the chance that the case wins my side
I am working in Company A. They brought me from india. They have two contract with me. One is I have to work for that company for one year. That I finished. The other contract is I cannot work directly or indirectly to the Company A's client for a year. That is they have some "Non-Compete" agrement. But I got a good offer from Company B which also a subcontract of the same client. My question is if the Company files a case against me what is the chance that I win the case and what I need to do.
Please advice me.
