What is the chance for my N400 to be denied? harassment and Obstructing

I filed an N400, went to an interview test passed and got n654, decision has not been made. I have a charge for N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4a and N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4c (harassment) and they both charge dismissed and not guilty, this charge was in 5 year window. I gave her the original disposition copy. She said that I have to wait for supervisor’s review. I am so worried and I don't know what is going to happen. Another one was obstructing administration of law found guilty paid $1000 fine and jail suspend 60 days arrest date was outside 5 year salutary period and dismiss date was in 5 year salutary period. I am waiting for the decision. Are the cases going to be denied?

Arrests or criminal charges (even if the case was dismissed or the verdict was Not Guilty) will always result in supervisor review. That's standard procedure. I don't see anything worthy of denial in what you've described.

Hi,

As per your description, i believe that your application has only less chance of denial. You can find the N-400 application process here.
