I work with an Indian IT co. and hold an L1 B.
My hub came to the US and since I wasn't getting any Onsite project, I decided to go for a L2.
While granting the L2, the Immigration Officer did not cancel my L1
On coming to the US, I applied for a EAD.
Now, my employer in India has an Onsite project for me, here in the US
My questions are as follows :
1) What is a better option, do I re-enter the US on my L1 or work on my L2-EAD?
(I am worried if on L2, I will have to return to India along with my hub, even if my Project is still on for few more months.)
2) On my EAD card, it is typed "Not valid for reentry to the US"
Does it mean, if I go out of the US for a say a month, and come back on a L2,the EAD is no longer valid?
Any views on this ??
