My I-485 got approved,My question is what is the best time to leave the present company?.

Is there any problem If I leave the company with in 2weeks from my approval date?

Does my present employer can able to revoke my Green Card ?.

The exact time when it is OK to leave the company is rather vague. 2 weeks is definitely early. Read through the threads on this forum for a detailed discussion. Present employer cannot revoke the GC, but they can contact the USCIS who can, because of fraud, which it will be, if you leave within 2 weeks.
