I came across this on some websites, that master degree holders, who work on national intrest would come under this category. And this also requires employer sponsorship. The national intrest was defined as improvement of the U.S. economy, wages and working conditions for U.S. workers, etc. etc. And the more intresting thing is the dates are current for this category.
Can someone please explain on what this category is? Does this come under eb1 or eb2?
Will a software engineer, with a masters, working for a company that works on improvement of the U.S. economy will come under this category?
