what is "A number" in Medical Exam Form? please help.

In the medical exam form, there is an item called file number (A number). Can
someone tell me where I can find this number (my I140 is approved).

dont\'t worry about it. if you dont know it, you probably dont have it.
but u may confirm it with your lawyer. i too had the same question and the lawyer confirmed that i didnt have any A number.

That is your I-485 File number

You will know your A number only when you get your FP notice. Till then you can leave it blank.
