Hi : My lawyer told me my priority date is May, 2002. I wonder that is wrong. It is because that means my I 485 should be current this month and I heard nothing so far. Can anyone tell me how to tell what is my priority date? Also, correct me I am wrong. my I-480 should be current right and start to be process right?
