What Is Priority Date?

i talked to my congress man and he said my priority date was 09/2003(ETA 750) but my first labor cert. was approved on 5/2001 (ETA-9035.)

i don't know which one is my priority date??

You will need approved I-140 to use PD from previous LC.

my i 140 was approved on 8/2004 and I485 is pending. (EB3)

Can we speak to someone who can help / give us some details about our specific cases? Other then the company lawyer, who usually has a standard answer, is there some one I can talk to and get some insight. Thanks in advance..
