What is portability?

I speak to Rajeev today and he told me that we need to do portability on my case for my RFE.

Any body know what is portability?

Portability is ability to change jobs while 485 is pending. This is faciliated by the AC21 rule. The rules that apply are- 140 approved, 485 pending > 180 days and new job is similar.
