what is PD if i use labor substitution

Hello all,
what is the priority date if i use labor substitution to file GC in eb3 category?is it the date when i-140 was filed or the date whe original approved labor was received by DOL.anyone please help. :confused:

All,
how to find Priority Date?my employer has not given the original substituted labor.he has just given me the i 140 number?Priority date on all the receipts 485/765/140/131 is blank.is there any way i can find out the priority date for my application?please help.

3 ways:

1. Seeing it in the labor that is being substituted for you.
2. Wait till you get your 140 approved. PD will be populated on your I-140 approval notice.
3. If you want it sooner, you could try FOIA and request for your I-140 and its documentation. Since the Labor would have been filed with your I-140 application, you will get it there.

You could see on LC (Date of acceptance for processing) on ETA7145PA(REV.MAR.,1990) itself, Priority Date column on I140. Thats it.
FOIA (freedom of info. act) is another option to request copy of LC from USCIS. But I would suggest don't go for it.
