What is nomal time for First FP?

Hi,
What is the normal time period for TSC to send FP notice after we apply I-485.

There is nothing called "Normal" in TSC's dictionary.
I got my FP notice exactly after 2yrs from my RD. Still waiting for approval.
 
there is nothing normal about TSC, i have knowledge of a person who got FP without his I140 approval and if you are lucky you might get FP within a month or within 2 -3 years.
