what is my status??? F-1 or ?????

Hi guys,

 i currently have an F-1 visa, i am like 20 years old and my dad applied for his I-485, ofcourse he applied for me too, i got my EAD and my AP. My question now is... what is my current status?????? am i still on F-1 or do i get any new status......... i was just kinda curious because i will be 21 sooon......my dad has requested it to be considered an ageout case but u know what happens at the INS.....

P.S. o ya i forgot i already have used my EAD, means i am currently working on it.

You are no more in F1 status

Since you used EAD you lost your F1 status. If your case is not adjudicated by the time you turn 21, you will become out of status.
You can go back to F1 status by applying for change of status here or by applying for F1 at Indian consulate.
But your chances of getting rejected for F1 are very high as application of 485 is ultimate intent to settle in US!!!!!!.
My advise finish your education for any eventuality.
On a short term you might have to go back to your land of birth till your dad becomes a citizen and then files for you.
BTW Consult a good lawyer immediately.
