What is LUD

I was looking that for some dudes it is changing everyday,it is fixed for me on 27th Jan2005 the day service centre has recieved my RFE for 485.

Any inputs
 
Where do u see the LUD changes?

Do you see it in the online case status or you have to create a customer account with USCIS to see it?
