What "Last Update" means?
Gurus,
I created my profile on USCIS website & within couple of hours the comment on my I-140 petition was "Last Updated" on 03/02/2004. My I-140 has yet to approve. RD is 23 Dec 03. Mine is EB3 case and I have received EAD & AP.
Also at the bottom of the page was an explaination
" Note on "Last Updated" date:
Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message"
Please help me to decipher meaning of this update.
