What is Kaplan?

Hi , i have a question, what is KAPLAN and is it authorized ti issue i-20 and what kind of course i can take to be in f1 status? can any one tell me how much it cost and what is the whole process , currently i am in communty college but i have a master degree, just ctudying here to maintain my status and waiting for my i130 aproalval.

I don't know much about them, but I am aware of that they offer some GRE and other training courses. In this case they private and they are not affiliated with government. They may be affiliated with government in other areas, but I don't think they have the authority to issue any government benefits.
