I was not working in 2004 for about 4months..
Is it considered out of status when you are on H1..
About 2 months I was in India and after that 2 months I wasn't working.
Now I have an RFE for 485 to submit 2004 earning statements..
In all my 7 years, only this year I had break for more than a month..
