what is IRS Certified?

Got RFE Notice in hand. Got doubt about "IRS certified federal tax returns for tax years 2001, 2002, and 2003. Submit tax returns with the appropriate signatures"

What are the taxes returns he referring to? Company or mine?
 
Mostly it should be for your tax returns. Instead of the W2, they might be asking for the tax return forms that you signed and submitted to IRS. Better check with your attorney to be on the safe side.

cashew, They did ask W2 for last three years...

Has anybody got this in RFE?

I got the similar rfe last week and it says "submit copies of the beneficiary's w2 forms,paystubs or equivalent for the last three years."

I dont know why they need 3 years of w2's.
