Hi All,
My case got transfered to Baltimore on march 28th 2005 from VSC. I filled i-485 at VSC on Feb 8th, 2002. My Labor got approved on May 2001. Category EB2.
So I believe that my file is in the interview queue. I looked at the baltimore processing dates from USCIS. It says that Baltimore is processing i-485 filed on or before August 14, 2004.
Then in the forum I saw someone mentioned about interview priority date. Also in one thread there was a discussion that they won't call for interview if the PD is not current.
I am very confused with all these priority dates. Can someone explain
a) What is interview priority date?
b) Which date I should consider as the priority date in case of "current" status for EB2 category?
c) How do I know what is the PD that baltimore is processing?
Please help!!!! Gurus !!!
